Job Overview

Our fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company in Bahrain is seeking a skilled Delivery Driver who also excels in sales. This dual-role position involves managing deliveries while engaging directly with customers to promote and sell products. The job requires commitment to an eight-hour workday, six days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive a manual van to transport and deliver products efficiently across assigned routes.
• Engage with customers during deliveries to support sales efforts and promote product offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and sales transactions.
• Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained and report any issues promptly.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards during all operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a driver operating manual transmission vehicles, preferably vans.
• Demonstrated sales experience with the ability to build rapport and close sales during customer visits.
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations within Bahrain.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
• Reliability and punctuality to meet daily delivery schedules.

Compensation and Work Conditions

The position offers a fixed monthly salary of 180 Bahraini Dinars. This package does not include any additional allowances. The role requires consistent effort across six workdays each week.
