Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Van Salesman with a solid background in FMCG distribution to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have proven experience selling fast-moving consumer goods and possesses strong connections with local groceries, supermarkets, cold stores, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves managing daily sales operations with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities include developing new customer relationships while maintaining current accounts, ensuring that products are displayed effectively for maximum visibility, and managing payment collections and credit accounts.

You will also be responsible for preparing daily sales reports and ensuring the company vehicle is well maintained to support your sales activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in FMCG van sales within Bahrain
• Valid Bahrain Light Vehicle Driving License
• Strong knowledge of the Bahrain retail market
• Effective communication skills in Arabic, Hindi, or English preferred
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
