Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outdoor Sales Executive (female) to join a leading uniform manufacturing company in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with at least three years of relevant experience, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role focuses on building strong client relationships and driving sales growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing clients to promote and sell company uniform products.
• Conduct outdoor sales visits to various businesses and organizations.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively to meet targets.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in outdoor sales, preferably within the uniform or manufacturing industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets consistently.
