Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Outdoor Sales Executive to join a leading uniform manufacturing company in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of proven sales experience in a similar field, focusing on building strong client relationships and driving sales growth through effective outdoor sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outdoor sales visits to potential and existing clients to promote the company’s uniform products.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within Bahrain.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to client needs.
• Report sales activities and market trends to the management team.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in uniform manufacturing or related sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Self-driven and able to work independently in a field-based sales role.
• Good negotiation and closing skills with a proactive sales approach.
