Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Site Engineer to join our team specializing in aluminium and glass works. This role is based in Bahrain and requires immediate joining. The ideal candidate will bring strong local experience working on high-rise building projects involving curtain walls, facades, doors, and windows.

Key Responsibilities

The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing aluminium and glass installation projects, ensuring quality standards and timely completion. You will coordinate with fabrication teams, manage on-site activities, and work closely with clients to meet project specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years’ experience in aluminium and glass works within Bahrain, particularly for high-rise construction projects
• Valid Bahraini light vehicle driving license is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders
• Proven track record of meeting sales and project targets
• Energetic, self-driven, and capable of working independently

Benefits and Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary of BD 500 along with a vehicle allowance or company car. Additional sales commissions are provided based on company policy.
