Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Representative to manage and grow key accounts within the FMCG sector in Bahrain. This role focuses on achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction in the assigned territory through proactive market engagement and account management.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth, and meeting collection objectives. They will generate innovative product ideas tailored to both volume and niche markets including special tenders. Monitoring market trends such as pricing, promotions, packaging, and competitor activities is essential. Coordination with merchandisers to maintain product availability and addressing customer needs promptly are also critical parts of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Male candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, or FMCG sales environments.
• Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Exceptional selling and negotiation capabilities.
• Reliable, results-oriented, and highly organized.
• Self-motivated with the ability to remain optimistic and resilient under pressure.
