Hasan & Habib s/o Mahmood Co. is actively seeking two skilled Sales Supervisors to enhance our expanding sales team. We have openings for one Modern Trade Sales Supervisor and one General Trade Sales Supervisor. This role is ideal for goal-driven professionals with a solid background in the FMCG industry looking to take on leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets. You will oversee daily sales activities, ensure strong client relationships, and work closely with the sales team to implement effective sales strategies within your assigned trade segment—modern or general trade.

Required Skills and Experience

• Valid Bahrain driving license is mandatory.
• Age range between 25 to 40 years.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in the FMCG sector.
• Proven track record in supervising sales teams successfully.
• Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in non-food categories will be considered an asset.
