Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Bahrain. This role focuses on promoting products and services, generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and achieving set monthly and quarterly targets. The position combines active sales efforts with marketing support, including customer engagement and fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets through various channels such as field visits, referrals, and networking. Key duties include:

• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales objectives assigned by the company
• Generating and nurturing leads to convert into confirmed orders
• Engaging with prospective customers and understanding their needs
• Effectively presenting products and services to highlight benefits
• Preparing and following up on quotations and proposals until closure
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Supporting marketing campaigns, promotions, and events as needed
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM or databases
• Submitting regular sales reports to management
• Adhering to company policies and ethical sales practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Male candidates only, as per company requirements
• Graduation or relevant educational background preferred; candidates with IT qualifications will have an advantage
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing; fresh graduates with suitable profiles may be considered
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
• Willingness to travel and perform fieldwork as required
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and Excel for reporting
