Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Bahrain. This role focuses on driving sales growth by promoting our products and services, generating new leads, and converting inquiries into confirmed sales. The position requires active fieldwork, consistent follow-ups, and collaboration with the marketing team to support campaigns and customer engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through various activities including:

• Generating leads via field visits, referrals, networking, and outreach initiatives
• Converting prospective customer inquiries into confirmed orders through effective negotiation and follow-up
• Meeting with customers and partners to understand their needs and present products clearly
• Preparing quotations and proposals, ensuring timely follow-up until the deal is closed
• Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers
• Supporting marketing efforts such as campaigns, promotions, and events as assigned
• Coordinating order processing and ensuring customer requirements are met efficiently
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and updating the CRM or customer database
• Submitting regular sales reports to management and adhering to company policies and ethical sales practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

This position is open to male candidates, as per company requirements. Candidates should ideally possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Graduation or relevant educational background; IT-related qualifications are preferred
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing; fresh graduates may be considered based on profile
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with a focus on sales goals
• Willingness to perform fieldwork and travel as needed
• Basic proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for reporting purposes

The compensation package for this role includes:

• Basic salary of BHD 150
• Accommodation allowance provided
