This role offers a competitive salary package ranging from BD 700 to BD 900, inclusive of all allowances. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the sales team, including Sales Engineers with various specializations.
• Design and implement annual sales strategies and set realistic targets.
• Track team performance through KPIs and monitor conversion rates to ensure goals are met.
• Drive high-level negotiations and maintain key client relationships to foster business growth.
