We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager specializing in power products to join a dynamic team in Bahrain. This role requires a strategic sales leader who can manage the entire sales process while fostering strong client and partner relationships to drive business growth and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to power products. Managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals is essential to success in this role. Building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients and partners will be crucial to achieving ambitious sales goals and supporting the company’s expansion plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is mandatory, with an MBA considered a strong advantage.
• At least 8 to 10 years of proven experience in sales of power-related products.
• A strong blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire teams and influence stakeholders.
