Key Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while driving sales growth. Key duties include welcoming and assisting customers, facilitating sales of gold jewellery and bullion, supporting wholesale operations, and promoting the brand at exhibitions and promotional events. The role also involves meeting daily and monthly sales targets, assisting with invoicing and basic calculations, and maintaining secure handling of valuable merchandise. A strong focus on building lasting relationships with both retail and wholesale clients is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should hold at least a high school certificate and demonstrate a professional and presentable demeanor. The position requires good communication skills, a confident personality, and a proactive sales approach. Basic math skills are necessary to manage calculations and invoicing. Experience in the jewellery sector is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided. Fluency in English is important for clear communication with customers and team members.
