We are seeking a friendly and presentable Sales Associate to join our newly opened flower and gift shop in Bahrain. This role involves engaging with customers, offering excellent customer service, and assisting with sales of fresh flowers and various gift items. Ideal candidates will have some sales experience and a basic understanding of floral products and gifting.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their purchases in a courteous and professional manner
• Provide product information and recommendations related to flowers and gift articles
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain the shop’s attractive presentation and ensure products are well displayed
• Support inventory management and restocking activities

Required Skills

• Prior experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory
• Basic knowledge of flowers and gift merchandise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
• A friendly, approachable, and well-groomed appearance
