Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a vital role in expanding the company’s client base by performing the following tasks:

• Identify and generate new business leads through targeted email campaigns and outbound phone calls
• Schedule meetings with prospective clients to discuss their marketing needs
• Maintain detailed records of leads and follow up diligently on inquiries
• Provide support throughout the sales cycle, assisting in client coordination and closing deals

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication abilities with confidence in phone and email interactions
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and email platforms
• Prior experience in sales or client service roles is preferred but not mandatory
• Motivation to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive fixed salary of BD 250 per month coupled with attractive commission incentives to reward your efforts:

• 5% commission on every qualified lead that is successfully converted
• Additional 10% commission when you attend client meetings and assist in closing deals
