Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our expanding car detailing business in Bahrain. This role focuses on managing customer inquiries effectively through calls and chat platforms, turning prospects into confirmed service bookings.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer communications via phone, WhatsApp, and other chat tools. Ensuring that accurate information about our car detailing services such as Paint Protection Film (PPF) and ceramic coating is provided is essential. You will also follow up with potential customers, maintain strong relationships, and coordinate with our internal teams to schedule and deliver exceptional service.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally within the automotive industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Proven ability to handle inbound and outbound sales calls effectively
• Experience managing customer interactions via chat platforms such as WhatsApp and CRM systems
• Strong negotiation abilities and a target-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in automotive sales or car care and detailing services is highly desirable. Familiarity with customer follow-up systems and CRM tools will be an advantage. The role also requires understanding customer needs to upsell relevant services where appropriate.
