We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Bahrain. This role involves supporting the sales department to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will play a key part in coordinating sales activities and assisting the team in reaching their goals.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and managing various sales tasks to support overall team efficiency. This includes coordinating schedules, preparing quotations and invoices, and handling customer communications. Maintaining accurate sales records and assisting with order processing and delivery coordination are also important parts of the role.

• Coordinate sales team activities and manage schedules effectively
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and detailed sales reports
• Address customer inquiries and conduct timely follow-ups
• Keep precise records of sales data for reporting purposes
• Assist with order processing and coordinating deliveries
• Support the sales team to achieve their targets and meet deadlines

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. Prior experience in a sales coordination or similar administrative role is preferred. Strong communication skills and excellent organizational abilities are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and the capability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment will contribute to success in this position.
