A reputable company in Bahrain is seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator/Executive to join their team. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while managing sales orders and coordinating between various departments to meet client expectations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Coordinator will be instrumental in fostering strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving disputes, and ensuring the seamless processing of orders. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer support by answering questions, resolving problems, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Ensuring timely product delivery and optimizing shipping methods to exceed customer expectations.
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls related to tracking, billing, shipment status, availability, and pricing confirmation.
  • Streamlining order entry processes to reduce errors and improve documentation accuracy.
  • Managing order entry, customer scheduling, and maintaining the master backlog efficiently.
  • Assisting the finance team with follow-ups on outstanding invoices and resolving billing discrepancies.
  • Preparing and evaluating a variety of monthly sales reports and expediting orders from manufacturing plants.
  • Coordinating with manufacturing and other departments to ensure prompt order fulfillment.
  • Generating purchase orders and all necessary documentation to track and review orders thoroughly.
  • Providing accurate product pricing information and supporting emergency customer orders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in international sales.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to develop and maintain excellent organizational systems.
