We are looking for a dynamic and personable Sales Consultant to join our furniture showroom team in Salmabad, Bahrain. This full-time, showroom-based position offers an exciting opportunity to help customers enhance their living spaces through expert guidance and outstanding service. Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting the showroom. Your main duties include:

• Welcoming and engaging customers to understand their furniture needs through attentive listening.
• Providing detailed information about our furniture collections, including materials, finishes, and customization options.
• Assisting customers through the purchasing process from initial questions to closing transactions smoothly and accurately.
• Offering basic interior design advice, such as color matching and space planning, to help customers envision how products will fit into their homes.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom that upholds our brand’s premium image.
• Following up with potential buyers via phone or WhatsApp to turn interest into confirmed sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring the following qualifications and attributes:

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in furniture, home décor, or luxury retail sectors.
• Fluency in English with strong Arabic language skills is highly desirable, especially for effective communication with the Salmabad clientele.
• Excellent negotiation abilities and a genuine customer-focused approach.
• Energetic, professional in appearance, and passionate about home styling and interior design trends.
• Flexibility to work split shifts and weekends according to Bahrain’s retail business hours.
