Key Responsibilities

The Sales Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing client communications and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include:

• Professionally handling client follow-ups through email, phone calls, and WhatsApp in a timely manner.
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings and site visits for the Sales Manager and management team, including sending confirmations and reminders.
• Preparing quotations based on pricing, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project scope information.
• Assisting in tender documentation by compiling technical and commercial submissions.
• Collaborating with the Quantity Surveying, engineering, and management teams to collect necessary data for proposals.
• Maintaining sales reports, follow-up trackers, and status updates to keep management informed.
• Drafting clear and professional correspondence such as emails, letters, and submissions to clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Organizing and maintaining records related to quotations, tenders, correspondence, and approvals.
• Supporting proposal presentations to ensure documentation is well-prepared and accurately formatted.
• Following up on submitted quotations and tenders to gather feedback and determine next steps.
• Contributing to basic client database management and opportunity tracking efforts.

Required Skills and Experience

This role welcomes fresh talent and candidates with up to one year of experience, provided they demonstrate competence in the following areas:

• Strong command of English in both written and spoken communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email tools.
• Highly organized with a proactive approach to supporting both managers and clients.
• Familiarity with the construction, contracting, or engineering industry is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing is a plus.
