Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and experienced professionals for two key positions in Bahrain’s cleaning manpower supply sector. The roles are designed for a Male Sales and Operations Officer and a Female Sales and Recruitment Officer, each with specific responsibilities to support sales, recruitment, and operational coordination within the cleaning and facility management industry.

Key Responsibilities

Male Sales & Operations Officer:

• Manage sales activities related to cleaning manpower supply and facility management services.
• Prepare and submit quotations to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
• Coordinate operations and service delivery to meet client requirements.
• Utilize a valid Bahrain driving license to support operational duties if necessary.

Female Sales & Recruitment Officer:

• Lead recruitment efforts for cleaning manpower, sourcing and screening candidates.
• Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Use communication channels such as email, WhatsApp, and MS Office applications for daily operations.
• Collaborate with management to support sales strategies and recruitment targets.

Required Skills and Experience

• For the Male Sales & Operations Officer: Proven experience in cleaning manpower supply or facility management is highly preferred.
• For the Female Sales & Recruitment Officer: Background in sales, recruitment, or human resources with a focus on communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for both roles.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and email platforms, particularly for the Female Sales & Recruitment Officer.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests and operational tasks efficiently.

Additional Requirements

• A valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage for the Male Sales & Operations Officer position.
• Immediate availability to join the team is preferred.
