Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and creative female coordinator to oversee daily operations at our retail store located in Enma Mall, Riffa, Bahrain. This role focuses on managing inventory, supporting sales, and enhancing the store’s online presence through engaging content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records for clothing, footwear, and accessories using the inventory system.
• Monitor stock levels regularly and coordinate timely replenishment to ensure availability.
• Handle daily bookkeeping tasks including purchase orders and expense entries to keep accurate financial records.
• Ensure attractive and effective visual merchandising and product displays within the store to enhance customer experience.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of shoes, outfits, and collections for marketing purposes.
• Develop creative and compelling content such as posts, stories, and reels for social media platforms, managing the content schedule and customer interactions online.
• Assist walk-in customers and support sales initiatives to drive store performance.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach to provide excellent service.
• A presentable and energetic demeanor suited for a retail environment.
• Basic familiarity with inventory management systems and bookkeeping practices.
• Experience or willingness to use design and AI tools like Canva for content creation.
• Ability to take creative product photos and videos that effectively showcase merchandise.
