Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a vital role in expanding the company’s market presence by:

• Promoting and selling a diverse range of software products and IT solutions to potential clients.
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing a strong pipeline of leads.
• Conducting compelling product presentations and client meetings to showcase value propositions.
• Building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Regularly achieving sales targets and preparing detailed sales reports for management.
• Designing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To thrive in this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Must be a Bahraini national.
• Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles, preferably with experience in the IT or software sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities to effectively engage clients.
• A target-driven mindset with the persistence to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Good knowledge of Bahrain’s market dynamics and customer preferences.
• Possession of a valid Bahrain driving license is mandatory, and having your own vehicle is advantageous.
