Job Overview

Join a well-established kitchen equipment sales and installation company in Bahrain as a Sales and Marketing Executive. This role involves managing client communications, coordinating with suppliers worldwide, overseeing order processing, and leading a dedicated aftersales team to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries by assessing their needs and preparing customized quotations. You will coordinate with multiple suppliers for pricing updates, product follow-ups, and order communication. Preparing 5 to 10 quotations per week or month depending on project demands will be part of your routine.

Managing purchase orders, invoice processing, and inventory transactions will be done using Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. You will keep clients informed with daily updates through emails and phone calls and follow up on outstanding invoices according to agreed payment terms. Additionally, you will supervise an aftersales team of 4 to 5 members, ensuring prompt handling of client feedback and delivering excellent support.

Financial reporting is a key task where you will prepare project-based profit and loss reports for management and accounting teams. You will also liaise with international suppliers from the US, China, Turkey, and Europe to coordinate production schedules, payments, and logistics.

Supporting industrial cooking and refrigeration equipment operations for commercial kitchen projects will be part of your role. Continuous improvement in response times, minimizing delays, and enhancing aftersales service coordination are expected to maintain the company’s high service standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills for effective client and supplier interaction
  • Proficiency in preparing detailed and accurate quotations
  • Experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne or similar ERP systems
  • Leadership abilities to manage and guide a small team
  • Good financial acumen for preparing profit and loss reports
  • Ability to coordinate across international suppliers and logistics
  • Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and their operational aspects
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
