Key Responsibilities

• Engage with 200 to 400 customers daily, addressing inquiries and providing timely support
• Accurately take and process customer orders in a prompt manner
• Coordinate with delivery services to track and ensure all orders reach customers successfully

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory; knowledge of Urdu is considered an advantage
• Strong typing skills with fast and accurate inputs
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• A sharp, confident, and professional demeanor in interactions
