Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with 200 to 400 customers each day, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. You will handle order taking and processing, maintaining clear communication with clients and coordinating closely with the delivery company to confirm that orders reach customers on time.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent communication in both Hindi and English is essential; proficiency in Urdu is an advantage.
• Strong typing skills that support fast and accurate data entry.
• Excellent communication capabilities paired with a confident and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of customer inquiries in a fast-paced setting.
