Job Overview

We are currently looking for a qualified Safety Officer cum Site Supervisor based in Bahrain to join an interior fit-out works company. This dual-role position requires managing on-site fit-out activities while ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day execution of interior fit-out projects, managing a team of laborers, subcontractors, and technicians on site. Responsibilities include enforcing workplace health and safety standards, conducting regular safety audits, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely and quality delivery. The role involves identifying potential hazards and implementing effective safety controls, along with providing daily site progress reports to project managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in site supervision within interior fit-out projects.
• Valid safety certification such as OSHA, IOSH, or NEBOSH.
• Strong understanding of Bahrain’s health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with excellent communication capabilities.
• Candidates must currently reside in Bahrain.
