Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. Key duties include assisting customers in selecting products, executing excellent gift wrapping and chocolate packaging, and maintaining appealing visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.

Required Skills

• Previous experience working in a chocolate and/or flower shop
• Strong customer service skills with fluency in English
• Proven ability to meet sales targets through effective selling techniques
• Expertise in gift wrapping and packaging, especially for chocolates
• Good understanding of visual merchandising principles
