Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle rental inquiries and reservations efficiently and courteously
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Handle all booking procedures, prepare rental documentation accurately, and manage follow-ups with clients
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain smooth daily operations
• Other duties related to rental sales will be discussed during the interview process
