Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Joinery Outdoor Sales Executive with a proven track record in driving sales for custom woodworking, furniture, and interior fit-out projects. This role involves meeting clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors on-site to promote tailored joinery solutions, predominantly for high-end residential and commercial developments. The ideal candidate will manage the entire sales process—from initial outreach to contract closure—while ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with contractors, designers, consultants, and potential clients through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings at clients’ locations to understand project needs, present joinery options, and provide sample demonstrations.
  • Review technical documents such as CAD drawings, blueprints, and site measurements to prepare detailed and accurate quotations, proposals, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders including architects, project managers, and repeat clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including factory and design departments, to ensure project specifications and client requirements are fully met.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in outdoor sales within the joinery, fit-out, furniture, or construction sectors.
  • Good knowledge of woodworking materials such as wood, MDF, and veneers, along with the ability to interpret CAD designs.
  • Possession of a valid driving license to travel frequently between client sites and project locations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and negotiation.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a preferred advantage, especially for clients in the GCC region.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for managing sales activities and documentation.

Work Details and Benefits

This position involves an 8-hour workday with one day off per week. The company offers visa sponsorship, accommodation, and transportation support. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in Bahrain.
