Victron Contracting, a reputable leader in designing, building, and fabricating shade and steel structures in Bahrain, is seeking a motivated Lady Sales Assistant to support their sales team. Established in 2018, Victron Contracting manages projects from initial concept through design to final installation, ensuring top-notch quality with the help of skilled engineers and modern equipment. This role is ideal for candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to grow their skills in a dynamic sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the sales process, including client communications and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include:

• Managing client follow-ups promptly via email, phone calls, and WhatsApp with professionalism.
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings and site visits for the Sales Manager and senior management, including sending confirmations and reminders.
• Preparing quotation documents based on pricing, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and scope of work details.
• Assisting with tender documentation by compiling technical and commercial submissions accurately.
• Collaborating with Quantity Surveyors, engineers, and management to gather necessary information for proposals.
• Maintaining organized sales reports, follow-up trackers, and updates to keep management informed.
• Drafting professional correspondence such as emails, letters, and proposals to clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Keeping meticulous records of quotations, tenders, correspondence, and approvals.
• Supporting sales presentations and ensuring proposal documents are clear and well formatted.
• Following up on bids and quotations to obtain feedback and determine next steps.
• Helping with basic client database management and tracking new sales opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Up to one year of relevant experience; fresh candidates with competence are welcome to apply.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and professional email handling.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working effectively with managers and clients.
• Familiarity with the construction, contracting, or engineering sectors is an advantage but not mandatory.
