We are seeking a motivated and skilled Industrial Sales Representative to join our team in Bahrain. This role focuses on identifying new business prospects, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting a wide range of industrial products. The ideal candidate will be experienced in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include seeking out and pursuing new market opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients. You will be responsible for presenting and demonstrating industrial products, working closely with internal teams to meet customer needs, and achieving sales goals. Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt sales strategies will also be integral to your success. Additionally, preparing sales reports and forecasts to track performance is part of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline. A minimum of three years’ experience in industrial sales with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential. The role demands strong knowledge of industrial products and services, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships swiftly and effectively. Self-motivation and a strong work ethic are critical for success in this position.
