We are seeking a motivated Indoor Sales Advisor specialized in electrical products and chandeliers to join our retail team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will assist customers with selecting lighting fixtures and electrical items while delivering exceptional service to ensure a satisfying shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing suitable electrical products, lighting solutions, and chandeliers based on their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed product information, pricing, and practical recommendations to help customers make informed decisions.
• Work towards meeting sales targets and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping environment.
• Manage sales transactions, billing processes, and conduct follow-ups for basic after-sales support.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in showroom or indoor sales, preferably dealing with electrical appliances, lighting, or chandeliers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Basic understanding of electrical and lighting products to confidently assist customers.
