Green Life Company is seeking driven Software Sales Consultants to promote and sell cutting-edge AI Automation and subscription-based software solutions to various businesses in Bahrain, including clinics, real estate agencies, salons, gyms, and rent-a-car services. This role offers a unique opportunity to earn significant income from the first day, with a clear growth path based on performance rather than traditional CV evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, scheduling meetings, and closing deals with business clients. The position demands a proactive, hunter mentality to independently pursue sales opportunities without extensive guidance. You will focus on offering AI-driven solutions that address urgent operational needs of service-based businesses, emphasizing the essential nature of the products rather than luxury features.
Career Path and Compensation Structure
This role has a two-phase career development plan:
- Phase 1 – Independent Consultant Trial: Work commission-only, earning 50% of the first month’s revenue for every client you acquire. For example, securing 10 clients will result in 500 BD in immediate earnings. The goal in this phase is to build a base of 20 active clients to qualify for a permanent contract.
- Phase 2 – Permanent Contract: Upon reaching your target, you will be offered a permanent position with a guaranteed base salary of 300 BD per month. You will also receive ongoing commission approximating 100 BD from your existing clients, bringing your starting monthly income to around 400 BD, along with benefits including visa sponsorship, GOSI contributions, and indemnity.
Top performers have the potential to earn more than 800 BD monthly as they continue to expand their client base.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Must be a current resident of Bahrain. Applications from candidates outside Bahrain will not be considered.
- Proven experience in B2B sales is essential; retail or showroom sales experience is not suitable for this role.
- A strong self-starter attitude with the ability to independently generate leads and close sales without constant supervision.
- Valid driving license and access to a car are mandatory, as the role involves traveling to client locations.
