Job Overview

We are urgently hiring a Fleet Sales Executive specializing in outdoor sales in Bahrain. This role focuses on driving sales for long-term leasing products by engaging directly with clients through various outdoor sales strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting monthly sales targets, expanding the leasing business, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

The Fleet Sales Executive will take ownership of the entire outdoor sales process including sourcing new clients and managing existing accounts. Responsibilities include:

• Achieving and surpassing monthly sales targets as defined by the division.
• Effectively promoting and selling new and existing lease products for long-term agreements.
• Conducting outdoor sales activities such as cold calls, presentations, and meetings to attract potential clients.
• Facilitating new lease contracts, managing renewals, and handling lease extensions.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction aligns with company standards and mission.
• Coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Upholding company Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) policies and promoting a culture of safety.
• Adhering to quality standards, processes, and company policies consistently.
• Providing timely reports and updates on sales progress as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field and bring 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, or a suitable combination of education and experience. Strong communication and negotiation abilities are essential, alongside a proactive approach to client acquisition and relationship management.

Compensation

The basic salary offered for this position ranges from BD 400 to BD 480, reflecting the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
