Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Female Sales Executive to join a well-established Travel & Tourism Agency based in Bahrain. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with a basic understanding of airline ticketing and visa processing, who have a passion for sales and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves engaging with walk-in customers as well as responding to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and online channels. You will be responsible for selling airline tickets, travel packages, and visit visa services, while providing accurate information about flight schedules, fare options, and visa requirements. Following up on customer inquiries to convert potential leads into confirmed sales is essential, alongside meeting monthly sales targets. You will also maintain customer records and daily sales reports, while coordinating closely with ticketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Female candidates only
• Basic knowledge of airline ticket booking and visa application procedures
• Experience in travel, tourism, or sales is advantageous
• Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, or Arabic is a plus
• Basic computer literacy, including email, MS Office, and WhatsApp
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused attitude
