Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to membership inquiries and assist walk-in clients effectively.
• Conduct tours and provide clear explanations of services to prospective members.
• Make daily sales calls and diligently follow up on potential leads to drive membership growth.
• Assist with reception duties and support basic administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain a warm, approachable atmosphere, ensuring all members feel valued and welcomed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with strong phone manner and customer service orientation.
• Confident, presentable, and professional in appearance.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
