Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Van Salesman to join our food distribution team in Bahrain. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales within the food or FMCG sectors, capable of managing client relationships while ensuring efficient delivery and product availability.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting assigned customers and outlets following a specific sales route. You will actively promote and sell our company’s products, ensure they are well stocked and attractively merchandised, and collect payments while maintaining accurate sales records. Identifying new sales opportunities and expanding your customer network is also a crucial part of this role. The daily schedule starts early in the morning with a typical 9-hour workday.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Van Salesman, preferably within the food or FMCG industry.
• Valid driving license for operating delivery vehicles.
• Strong sales abilities combined with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of the local market dynamics in Bahrain.
• Proficiency in English for business communication; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Must be currently residing and available to work in Bahrain.
