Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Sales Manager in Bahrain specializing in kitchen equipment. This role involves driving business growth, managing retail showrooms, overseeing marketing initiatives, and handling both operational and financial management aspects within the food service equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

• Developing and expanding new business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
• Managing and supervising the daily operations of the retail showroom.
• Planning and executing marketing strategies and promotional activities.
• Handling financial management tasks to ensure profitable operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 to 10 years of experience working with food service equipment sales.
• Proven expertise in both B2B and B2C sales channels.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and BOQ preparation to support sales processes.
• Solid knowledge of leading kitchen equipment brands such as Rational, Hobart, Electrolux, Hoshizaki, and Convotherm.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from BHD 1000 to BHD 1200, accompanied by additional benefits. The final package will depend on the candidate’s skills and experience.
