Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Executive with three to four years of proven experience in advertising sales to join a well-established advertising company based in Bahrain. This role is perfect for a motivated professional passionate about driving business growth and building client relationships in the advertising industry.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the target market. This includes conducting sales visits, delivering compelling presentations, and providing product or service demonstrations to potential clients. Maintaining strong, lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers is essential to consistently meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Other duties involve preparing, negotiating, and closing proposals, quotations, and contracts. Coordinating closely with internal teams will be critical to ensure the timely delivery of advertising services. Additionally, staying informed about market trends and competitor activity through regular research is necessary to maintain a competitive edge. Providing consistent sales reports and updates to management will also be part of the role.

Required Skills

• Minimum of three years’ experience in sales, specifically within the advertising, branding, or marketing sectors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a strong capability to establish rapport and offer outstanding customer service.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Possession of a valid Bahraini driving license.
