We are urgently seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join a leading interior fit-out company in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in sales management, a deep understanding of the interior fit-out market, and proven leadership abilities. This role requires strategic market insight coupled with hands-on experience to drive business growth and expand client relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the interior fit-out industry.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate lasting relationships with clients and interior consultants.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets while monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery in line with client expectations.
• Manage client negotiations and contracts with a professional approach.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing within the interior fit-out sector.
• In-depth knowledge of the interior fit-out market and its key players.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Valid driving license is essential for this position.
• Familiarity with working alongside interior consultants is highly desirable.
