Key Responsibilities

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets through active selling and upselling strategies.
• Keeping up to date with the latest beauty trends, ingredients, and application methods to confidently address client inquiries.
• Demonstrating products by performing mini-makeovers or demonstrations to highlight product quality and usage.
• Maintaining a neat, well-organized, and visually appealing beauty counter, ensuring inventory is well-stocked and displays attractively presented.

Required Skills and Qualifications
