Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join a reputable advertising company based in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have three to four years of proven experience in advertising sales, demonstrating strong skills in client acquisition and relationship management. This role focuses on driving sales growth through identifying new business opportunities and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and expanding the client base within targeted markets. This includes conducting sales visits, delivering engaging presentations, and showcasing products or services effectively. Building long-term client relationships and maintaining communication is critical to achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals. The role also requires preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Staying informed on industry trends and competitors through market research is essential, along with providing regular sales performance reports to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum three years of sales experience in advertising, branding, or marketing sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities to secure deals and foster client trust.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and maintain focus on goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Valid Bahraini driving license for client visits.
