We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Executive Sales Specialist to join our expanding Interior Design team in Bahrain. If you have a passion for interior aesthetics and a strong background in sales within luxury design or furniture sectors, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling high-end interior design services and premium products. Building and nurturing lasting relationships with clients, architects, and contractors will be central to your success. You will work closely with our design team to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations. Meeting and surpassing monthly and yearly sales targets is a critical part of this position.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience in interior design sales or luxury furniture retail.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage clients and partners.
• A genuine passion for interior design, materials, and staying updated on the latest industry trends.
• Fluent English language skills; proficiency in Arabic is considered advantageous.
