Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated female sales associate to join our boutique and oversee the Indian traditional clothing section. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Hindi and English, with Nepali language skills considered an advantage. This role involves engaging with customers, assisting them with their purchases, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Working Hours and Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary of BHD 170. Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, followed by a lunch break, and then continue from 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Fridays are half days, and Mondays are designated holidays, ensuring a balanced work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting traditional Indian clothing that meets their needs.
• Manage sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain the presentation and organization of the clothing section.
• Communicate effectively with customers in Hindi and English, and preferably Nepali.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Hindi and English is essential.
• Nepali language skills are highly desirable.
• Previous experience in retail or boutique sales will be a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
