Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Agents fluent in both Arabic and English to join our expanding team based in Manama, Bahrain. This full-time role is ideal for recent graduates, particularly those with IT backgrounds, eager to develop their skills in sales and customer engagement within a dynamic environment.

The position offers a structured 9-hour workday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday, including a 1-hour break.

Key Responsibilities

As a telesales agent, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, effectively promoting the company’s services and securing new customer accounts. Keeping precise records of all client communications is essential to track progress and support team goals. Success in meeting individual sales targets helps drive overall team performance and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Recent graduates from IT disciplines are highly encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in call centers is a plus but not required.
• A positive mindset combined with eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
• Open to candidates of all nationalities, though Bahraini applicants are preferred.
