Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Project Coordinator with expertise in joinery to join a dynamic team in Bahrain. This role involves managing coordination among design, production, procurement, and site teams to ensure projects run smoothly and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in the joinery or fit-out industry and be well-versed in technical drawings and production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a communication link between design, production, procurement, and site teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Review shop drawings and production schedules thoroughly before they are sent to the workshop.
• Create and monitor production plans aligned with the overall project timelines.
• Keep track of material requirements and collaborate with procurement teams to guarantee the availability of necessary resources on time.
• Monitor daily progress in the workshop and provide up-to-date project status reports.
• Ensure that all work complies with approved drawings, Bill of Quantities, and client specifications.
• Coordinate inspections, mock-ups, and obtain necessary approvals to maintain quality standards.
• Support resolution of technical and production challenges that arise during project execution.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation, including drawings, revisions, and material approvals.
• Oversee product quality control before dispatching items from the factory.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in the joinery or fit-out industry.
• In-depth understanding of joinery production processes and materials.
• Ability to interpret technical and shop drawings effectively.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to work with multiple teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.
• Capable of working under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary package including a base pay of BD 400, house rent allowance of BD 120, family status benefits, and other standard perks.
