Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Project Coordinator with expertise in joinery to join a dynamic team in Bahrain. This role focuses on overseeing and coordinating all aspects of joinery projects, ensuring smooth communication between design, production, procurement, and site teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the fit-out industry and excellent organizational skills to manage project timelines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in managing project workflows, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring quality compliance. Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating coordination among design, production, procurement, and site teams to maintain a streamlined workflow.
• Reviewing shop drawings and production schedules prior to release to the workshop to guarantee accuracy.
• Developing and tracking production plans aligned with project deadlines.
• Monitoring material requirements and collaborating with procurement for timely delivery.
• Updating daily progress reports from the workshop and maintaining overall project status.
• Ensuring all work adheres to approved drawings, bills of quantities, and client specifications.
• Arranging inspections, mock-ups, and securing necessary approvals.
• Resolving technical and production challenges promptly to minimize delays.
• Keeping thorough documentation, including drawings, revisions, and material approvals.
• Verifying product quality prior to dispatch from the factory to the site.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications and exhibit relevant skills:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• Between 3 to 6 years of practical experience in joinery or the fit-out industry.
• Solid understanding of joinery production processes and the materials involved.
• Ability to accurately interpret technical and shop drawings.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.
• Capability to handle pressure and manage several projects simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits
