Job Overview

Express Mart is currently seeking qualified candidates for multiple roles within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) supermarket sector. The available positions include Operations Assistant Manager, Store Supervisor, and Purchasing/Inventory Officer. These roles are full-time and based in Bahrain, with a focus on candidates who have experience working with well-known supermarket brands such as Trolley, Food World, Mega Mart, and Midway.

Available Positions

• Operations Assistant Manager: Open to candidates of all backgrounds, with preference given to Bahraini nationals. This role involves overseeing daily operational activities and ensuring efficient supermarket performance.
• Store Supervisor: Open to all nationalities. The supervisor will manage store operations, coordinate staff, and maintain high service and merchandising standards.
• Purchasing / Inventory Officer: Open to all nationalities. Responsibilities include managing procurement activities, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting stock management processes to maintain optimal supply.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have relevant experience within the FMCG or supermarket industry. Familiarity with top retail brands and operational management is highly desirable. Given that this hiring round targets local talent, only candidates currently residing in Bahrain will be considered.
