Key Responsibilities

As a Travel Consultant, your role involves managing various aspects of travel arrangements to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. This includes:

• Booking air tickets, holiday and tour packages, and hotel accommodations
• Providing personalized travel planning assistance and outstanding customer care
• Efficiently handling reservations and schedules using Global Distribution Systems (GDS), with preference for Galileo or Amadeus

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, candidates should possess:

• Preferably prior experience in travel consultancy
• Strong familiarity with air ticketing procedures, holiday packages, and hotel booking processes
• Proficiency in using GDS platforms such as Galileo or Amadeus
• Ability to manage client interactions independently and professionally
• Knowledge of visa application procedures is an advantage
• Effective communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
• Filipino nationals currently residing in Bahrain are preferred
