Key Responsibilities
As a Travel Consultant, your role involves managing various aspects of travel arrangements to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. This includes:
- Booking air tickets, holiday and tour packages, and hotel accommodations
- Providing personalized travel planning assistance and outstanding customer care
- Efficiently handling reservations and schedules using Global Distribution Systems (GDS), with preference for Galileo or Amadeus
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, candidates should possess:
- Preferably prior experience in travel consultancy
- Strong familiarity with air ticketing procedures, holiday packages, and hotel booking processes
- Proficiency in using GDS platforms such as Galileo or Amadeus
- Ability to manage client interactions independently and professionally
- Knowledge of visa application procedures is an advantage
- Effective communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Filipino nationals currently residing in Bahrain are preferred
