Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Polishing and Detailing Supervisor to lead our car care division in Bahrain. This role requires a skilled professional who can oversee daily operations, guarantee top-quality service, and maintain high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in polishing, paint protection film (PPF), window tinting, and detailing techniques, coupled with strong leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

As the supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the detailing, polishing, PPF, and tinting processes to ensure premium quality results. Your duties will include inspecting vehicles before and after service for quality assurance, planning and assigning tasks to technicians, and training staff on best practices. Additionally, you will monitor the proper use of materials like 3M products, compounds, and coatings, handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and collaborate with management on project planning and reporting.

Required Skills and Experience

• Advanced proficiency in car polishing techniques including cutting, compounding, finishing, and swirl removal
• Expertise in Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation
• Strong background in window tinting with attention to precision cutting and fitting
• Comprehensive knowledge of interior and exterior detailing, including deep cleaning, stain removal, and protection methods
• Experience with upholstery care such as leather and fabric cleaning and minor repairs
• Basic understanding of automotive painting prep work and finishing touches
• Familiarity with ceramic coatings and other paint protection solutions

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in automotive detailing
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a related role
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and a team of technicians simultaneously
• Strong focus on quality control and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Work experience within the GCC region, particularly in the Bahrain market
• Possession of a valid driving license is advantageous
